A bit more social...

Today, we have release version 0.5. This version makes Ligues.ca a bit more social because we added Facebook Connect and a tool to share stuff with your friends on del.icio.us, Facebook and Twitter.

A bit more social...

Facebook Connect gives you the ability to use your Facebook's account as login on Ligues.ca. To connect with Facebook, click on "F Connect" button in the login page. Soon, we will add a Facebook Application. With this application, you will be able to see your Ligues.ca's profile (activities, schedule and more). While you are logged in with Facebook, you can share photos, news, games' summary, forum's topics and events on Facebook without leaving Ligues.ca by clicking "Facebook" button on the share tool.

Divisions

We also added Divisions. So you can divide your teams per division. Check out our demo to see an example.

Search improvment

Search has been improved. If you search a name without selecting it in the suggestions list, we show you a page listing all players that match your search criteria.

If you'd like to file a support issue, or start a discussion, click on the contact us link in the footer or click on the feedback button in the right side.

New features before Christmas!

We have put online some new features.

- Added activities section to profiles
- Added schedule section to profiles
- Added leagues section to profiles
- Added leagues drop-down menu to logged user's header
- Linked all users' names and avatars to their profile
- Replaced date selection with select with jQuery datepicker
- Some bug fixes as usual :)

Activities

How about a mini-feed like Facebook in your account. Activities section shows a list of recent activities from leagues you are managing or playing into. You will be informed about new event, new photo, new news, updated games and new forum's topic.

Leagues

This section shows leagues you are managing and leagues you are playing into.

Schedule

If you are playing into more than one league, you don't want to browse every league's schedule to know when you are playing in the next few days. So, Schedule section shows all your games per month from all teams you are playing into.

Version 0.3 is out!

We have released version 0.3 tonight.

- Added games log tab to players' page
- Added games log tab to teams' page
- Added RSS feed to forums
- Added RSS feed to news
- Added section Officials to Infos
- Added section Suspensions to Statistics
- Updated games' summary: added officials, stars and sportsmanship points.
- Updated leagues' general settings: added timezone
- Fixed some bugs...

Others sports

Hockey is the first sport manageable on Ligues.ca. Why Hockey? Because we are big hockey fans and we play it often.

We expect to add Baseball and Football (Europeen) during this winter. Here a list of others sports we will add after this two:

- Badminton
- Basketball
- Football (American)
- Golf
- Tennis
- Volleyball
